(Day 5-14) Set up
Our team onboards your property into our system and gets to know every part of the home. We add any standardized items needed and any other work needed for set up. Professional photography, furnishings, and industry winning practices will be implemented into your home.
(Day 14) List your property
We create listings and provide you a calendar to view your bookings and availability. You are now live!
(Day 30) Collect checks, strategy & updates
With our dynamic pricing we win against the ebbs and flows of seasonality by automatically pivoting between short (<30 days), mid (30-90 days), & long term rentals (90 days). So you can set it & forget it. #reporting #homeowneraccount
